During the event, Hotmob discovered that over 20% of the visitors who were identified as “young enthusiasts” and went to “Mall A" also happened to visit the ACGHK event or appeared within the HKCEC location. This signifies “Mall A” potentially attracting youngsters who are interested in “Game & Anime”, hence offers valuable insights for events and marketing planning.




Overseas Visitors Arrivals

By leveraging GPS location data, Hotmob was able to capture overseas visitors and generate insights based on their preferences on travel destinations, such as how long the visitor stays for and where the visitor always travels to.

For example, it is identified that a proportion of visitors from “Mall A” who travel to Thailand frequently and a number of visitors from “Mall B” always travel to mainland China.
